Deepening International Cooperation: SINOTRUK Successfully Concludes First 2025 Overseas Training Program

Recently, the first session of SINOTRUK’s 2025 Overseas Trainer Camp—specifically designed for African participants—was successfully held in Jinan, Shandong. A total of 25 trainees from nine French-speaking African countries attended the program, learning advanced automotive technology and management expertise from SINOTRUK.  

The training covered a wide range of topics, including the technical principles of SINOTRUK’s product lineup, maintenance techniques, and sales and after-sales service strategies. The program combined theoretical instruction with hands-on practice, featuring lectures by the company’s technical experts and industry veterans, as well as practical workshops.  

Hands-on Training

A highlight of the program was the hands-on sessions, where trainees, guided by professional technicians, disassembled, repaired, and maintained various SINOTRUK vehicle models. Through these practical exercises, participants gained a deeper understanding of vehicle structures, honed their maintenance skills, and improved their problem-solving abilities.

Cultural Exchange

Beyond technical training, SINOTRUK organized team-building activities to help participants explore China’s history, culture, and social development. These interactions enhanced their understanding of China while strengthening cross-cultural communication and teamwork skills.  

In recent years, SINOTRUK has accelerated its global expansion and optimized its overseas operations. This training program further strengthens the company’s ties with the African market, equipping participants with advanced knowledge and skills to better serve African customers and laying a solid foundation for SINOTRUK’s continued growth in the region. Moving forward, SINOTRUK plans to expand its Overseas Trainer Camp initiative, cultivating more skilled professionals for the global automotive industry.
