This Algeria-dedicated Shantui 6122E 22-ton single drum vibratory road roller is engineered specifically for the harsh operating conditions of North African infrastructure projects, including desert highways, urban roadworks, and oilfield access routes.

The machine is powered by a 132 kW turbocharged and water-cooled Shangchai engine, optimized for high-temperature and dusty environments. It features a mechanical transmission with three forward gears (2.7 km/h, 5.2 km/h, and 11 km/h) and a theoretical gradeability of 30%, ensuring reliable performance on steep and rugged terrain.

Its dual-mode vibration system delivers 400 kN / 290 kN of exciting force at frequencies of 28 Hz / 33 Hz, with nominal amplitudes of 2.0 mm / 1.3 mm—enabling effective compaction of both soil bases and asphalt surfaces. The 2130 mm wide steel drum has a 45 mm rim thickness and a static linear load of 506 N/cm, designed for durability under abrasive Algerian aggregates.

With a minimum ground clearance of 450 mm, a steering angle of ±35°, and a minimum outer turning radius of 7000 mm, the roller offers excellent maneuverability in confined urban sites and stability on unpaved rural roads.

This configuration is fully compliant with Algerian Ministry of Public Works equipment registration requirements and includes localized documentation for homologation. It is produced exclusively for the Algerian market and is not available in China or other export regions.
